+ Villa design on Bali Island. Built with high-density tropical hardwood, Interior floor made of solid  tongue-and-groove planks, wood and glass carpentry. carved doors. Pergola with a view of the rice  fields.

The residence is elevated on a U-shaped reinforced concrete platform, which separates it from the  rice fields and generates a central space with a swimming pool and tropical garden. The architecture combines Indonesian materials with a contemporary tropical style: Walls in white natural stone.

  • Interior flooring in solid planks of high-density tropical hardwood from Indonesia. Structural system with wooden pillars and roof structure in the same timber. Glazed wooden carpentry.
  • Roof finished with concrete tiles.
  • Swimming pool bordered with solid exterior-grade timber decking.

The interior layout is organized around an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area,  complemented by two bedrooms and two semi-open bathrooms, integrated with vegetation. At the edge of the plot, an exterior wooden pergola functions as a viewing platform over the rice  fields, offering a privileged space for contemplation. Private villa in island of Bali. Commissioned by  a Catalan investor.

+ Open wáter wooden houses. Built in our facilities on the island of Bali. With high-density tropical  wood. 4 rooms (living room. Bedroom. Bathroom. Kitchen.). Interior floor made of solid tongue and-groove planks. The rooms are connected to each other with high-density wooden platforms. The structures are executed using laminated solid timber, assembled through traditional Japanese  carpentry techniques without visible metal fasteners, optimizing structural performance while  minimizing thermal bridges. This system ensures high dimensional accuracy, excellent control of  the thermal envelope, and exceptional durability, fully aligned with the principles of passive  architecture.

The modular design allows for complete disassembly of the structure at the factory in Bali,  optimizing industrial processes, minimizing waste, and reducing the environmental footprint  associated with transportation. On-site assembly is then carried out quickly, accurately, and  cleanly, significantly reducing construction time, energy consumption, and on-site risks. Private villa in island of Ibiza. Commissioned by Swiss real estate developer.

+ Old wooden architectural design.

Balinese villa set within a rice field landscape, whose architectural design is strongly influenced by  Hinduism and the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. The building is constructed on a concrete platform  that serves as a structural framework base. The primary load-bearing cladding system is composed  of reclaimed teak wood, complemented by glazed teak-wood façades and natural stone  enclosures. The double-pitched roof, with a pointed ridge, is finished with ironwood shingles.  Ornamental and functional elements—such as doors and joinery—feature handcrafted carvings  that provide both aesthetic and symbolic value, enhancing the villa’s harmonious integration with  the surrounding natural environment.

+ Old wooden houses resort.

Resort Design Amid the Rice Fields of Bali. Inspired by traditional Javanese architecture, the resort  is crafted entirely from reclaimed teak wood, blending ancestral craftsmanship with contemporary  design. The main villas are distinguished by their hand-carved ornamental doors and richly  decorated facades in whitewashed finishes, evoking the spirit and elegance of historic Javanese  residences. Inside, a structure of timber trusses and beams combined with whitewashed walls  creates a bright, serene, and naturally sophisticated atmosphere.

Each villa features a designer open-air bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace, a  private pool, and a lush Balinese garden that merges seamlessly with the tropical landscape. The resort represents an investment opportunity for discerning clients, ideal for vacation rentals  through platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, ensuring high profitability and exclusivity. Commissioned by European client.

Japanese-inspired architecture, conceived under an open-plan concept that harmoniously  integrates the master bedroom, living-dining area, kitchen, and a full bathroom. The structure, built from high-density tropical hardwood, stands out for its warmth and precise  craftsmanship, while a carefully designed Zen garden surrounds the residence, bringing balance,  contemplation, and serenity to the overall architectural composition.

Solid wood structures.

+ The Passive House. Design and construction of high-density tropical solid timber structures,  entirely manufactured at our facilities on the island of Bali, following principles of sustainability,  energy efficiency, and constructional precision. The project comprises two identical single-family  homes of 350 m² each, developed in accordance with the Passive House Institute standards for  implementation in Spain.

This system ensures high dimensional accuracy, excellent control of  the thermal envelope, and exceptional durability. + Organic and bioclimatic Villa.

The roof structure is composed of high-density tropical hardwoods, designed to span a surface  area of 280 m². The system employs main beams with sections of 30 x 40 cm and lengths of up to  10 meters, pre-assembled at our facilities on the island of Bali under strict quality control and  structural precision.

This single-family residence has been conceived under principles of sustainable architecture, fully  adapted to the island’s extreme climatic conditions.

The spatial layout is organized around a central light courtyard, which functions as a thermal and  lighting regulator, ensuring cross-ventilation while providing natural illumination to the interior  spaces.

The orientation and volumetric configuration respond to the constant presence of strong trade  winds, resulting in a compact and enclosed morphology. The enclosures are constructed with 50  cm thick walls, built using sacks filled with volcanic soil sourced from the immediate surroundings.  This solution provides high thermal inertia, structural strength, and seamless landscape integration. Interior and exterior finishes are executed with traditional African adobe plaster, which, in addition  to its aesthetic value, offers hygrothermal and breathable properties.

These components are then shipped in containers directly to island of Fuerteventura, ensuring  rapid and efficient on-site installation. Commissioned by Spanish client.
